    Welcome to Gigglez Play Café. By visiting our venue, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Supervision & Responsibility

    Children remain the full responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. Gigglez is a supervised play environment, not a drop-off childcare facility. Adults must actively supervise children.

    2. Age Suitability

    Our play café is designed for children aged 0–8 years. Parents must ensure children use age-appropriate areas.

    3. Booking & Entry

    Sessions are 90 minutes. Entry is per child and includes one adult. One additional adult allowed per booking with surcharge (max 2 adults). Entry subject to availability.

    4. Cancellations & Refunds

    Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No-shows may result in loss of booking.

    5. Health & Hygiene

    Children must not attend if unwell within 48 hours. Socks required in play areas. Parents must ensure hygiene.

    6. Food & Allergies

    Inform staff of allergies. Outside food may be restricted except for babies or dietary needs.

    7. Safety Rules

    No rough play. Equipment must be used correctly. Damage may incur charges.

    8. Personal Belongings

    We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

    9. Photography

    Photos may be taken for marketing with consent. Respect others' privacy.

    10. Behaviour Policy

    Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

    11. Liability

    We are not liable for minor injuries or misuse of equipment.

    12. Changes to Terms

    Terms may be updated at any time.
